Designing a shipment visibility platform that replaced scattered manual processes with a unified system for compliance, tracking, and documentation.

Making shipments visible: An end-to-end tracking platform

Hi I'm Devika
I've been working as a UX & UI designer for the past 5 years.
Outside of work, I enjoy doing art (even though I don't post often in socials :)). So the work I love most sits right where creativity meets design thinking, where I get to bring my creative side in and still solve real problems.

Apart from that, I'm a big-time animal nerd and do a lot of birding. Along the way, listening to birds has become a really mindful thing for me, and I've picked up a pretty cool (or weird, as my friends say) skill, i.e, I can recognise most birds just by their sound.

Plus, I'm a fitness freak & I'm planning to adopt 2 ruffsponders & a kitty soon. (I know its too much, but i'll be fine 🥲).

At Deloitte, I've mostly worked in Financial Services, and earned the FSI IPP badge for 4,500+ hours in the domain and constant upskilling. I've run client ideation workshops that sparked 15+ solutions, and every project I've worked on has been successfully shipped with measurable impact for the client.

These days, I'm working on the discovery and visual design for Vision, an AI brainstorming partner being built with Claude Code and Figma.

At Zetwerk, I had worked on end-to-end discovery and design for two major applications, one for the trading division and one for global supply chain. The initiative was a big success, and both products made it to their first-phase launch.

At Aspire Systems, I worked as a UX/UI designer for IFF (International Flavors & Fragrances), designing some of their key enterprise platforms:

an AI-powered platform that helps perfumers create and formulate fragrances faster.

a consumer feedback system that brings perfumers, business teams and end users together.

a master data repository for perfumery and chemical compounds, making it easier for teams to find and use the data they need.

At Cloudium, I developed React JS applications for the Paris fashion conglomerate, Kering Prive.

A digital experience strategy to unify a fragmented retirement platform experience into one seamless experience for advisors, sponsors, and participants.

She manages multiple sponsors and IRA accounts at once, with very little time to spare, and advisors like her bring in the most business for PCS. A system with inconsistent, diverged, and duplicated experiences makes it much harder for her to get through her day.

She's responsible for her company's retirement plan and leans on PCS to handle the heavy lifting. She wants a simple, guided setup, not a slow, manual process.

She's enrolled in a retirement plan, contributing and choosing her own investments. She just wants her account to be simple to manage on her own.
